I changed the following in custom config to stop the long hangs on {RSX [0x007ab94]} RSX: nv406e::semaphore_acquire has timed out. semaphore_address=0x40300010 errors
Driver Recovery Timeout: 33333
This removed the stutters but idk what sort of implications it has

Audio is sometimes stretched too long like in the cutscene it stops before the audio is finished
No crashes in the short 1 hour i played
OpenGL is running slightly slower than vulkan 35fps on the main menu vs 45fps
