Game runs. and mostly playable. Variable frame rate 20-300fps (menus) around 120~ looking at wall and 20 when the camera renders the large background
Videos are very choppy intro is slow and unskippable. Some in game movies will desync audio/video. small portions of the map are missing.
gadgeton vender text is smugged.
using vulkan
opengl: similar as vulkan slightly lower framerate still suffer from same desync and missing map pieces.

Still isn't, on 0:30 of your first video you're dropping 50% performance, and it's not the only section where you'll see those drops, the more triangles it has to draw the lower performance will be
The main problem is that game speed is tied to game performance, so the game is also running twice slower

Hello!

For my specs (i9 12900k, 3070ti, ram 32bg gskill trident z or whatnot) very, very much playable. No stutters or lag through the entire playthrough. I played in 4K IR (300%) and the game plays smooth and looks beautiful as well.
Even the part in the last level on planet Veldin with plenty of flying commandos runs smooth as butter while it lags as hell on the original PS3. The game looks and runs much better than on PS3, but yeah my PC was quite expensive.

RPCS3 version I used for this playthrough - 0.0.21-local_build Alpha (rpcs3-v0.0.21-13400-e53bbd66_win64)

Here is the part with those commandos I mentioned earlier:

I also attached pictures of the settings.
Fantastic work devs!

At least with my hardware, I'd say the game is now fully playable.
I played through the entire game from start to finish without anything breaking, all at 60 fps.

Some issues I noticed:
- occasional z-fighting with a few textures here or there
- an audio bug during the final boss fight which didn't happen the first time I did it, but did during the recording (1:23 in the video)
- characters displayed in holograms appear either horizontally or vertically squished, like some aspect ratio mismatch (immediately visible at the beginning of the video, while I have the weapons shop open)

I recorded some gameplay of me annihilating the final boss with the RYNO, as well as some messing around at the beginning of the game after restarting in challenge mode. That was the easiest way for me to show something from both the end and the beginning of the game.
(The video should be 1440p60, if it's not, YouTube hasn't finished processing it yet...)

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 5800X
GPU: AMD Radeon RX 7900 XTX
RAM: 64 GB 3600 MT/s
Everything else: I assume is detailed in the log file I've attached Tongue
