ImgBurn: "Incompatible Medium Installed"

Installed the latest ImgBurn (downloaded direct from the official site)... when I pop my US release of Red Dead Redemption in my Pioneer Blu-ray drive, ImgBurn tells me:

Device Not Ready (Incompatible Medium Installed)

Is there some magic setting I have to toggle first for it to make the ISO?
