Same visual issue (Regression?) as seen in BlazBlue: Central Fiction

Vulkan needs "Write color buffers" enabled or the screen will be black, OpenGL doesn't need it however that get's stuck on the introduction cutscene when trying to watch or skip past it.

This issue is also identical to what I experienced with Central Fiction when I tested it yesterday.

The recent changes from kd-11 were merged and now the game no longer needs write color buffers and rendering is almost completely fixed.
The game runs at a very stable 60fps at all times now as well.

The only issue is the small black bar on top and it being cut off a bit at the bottom, but it's definetely still playable.

Edit: the above issue was fixed ages ago.
