___________________________________________________________

-goes in-game.

-cutscenes play but there's no video. just subtitles and audio.

-runs for 30fps most of the time, sometimes dropping to 25-28fps when it's loading new textures into the RAM or when there are too many enemies.

-there are still some graphical issues especially the textures.

-I didn't get far in the tutorial because it crashes whenever I tried using the Invoker (her special L3+R3 power up skill).

-I also posted the screenshot of the critical error when using Invoker.

It's more like emulator is not capable to process the game.

Big performance boost, more stuff is loaded correctly, so game looks better, sometimes sound cracks, and beside that it's still the same.

Built myself using this PR: https://github.com/RPCS3/rpcs3/pull/4316

Crashes regarding Intoner mode and getting past Prologue were caused by incorrect trophy handling. Can confirm that the fix in this PR handles the issue.

Almost finished Chapter 1, no crashes yet. Looks like its in "Playable" state now.

In my opinion this game is basically playable, at least on my hardware.

RPCS3 v0.0.5-6633-b0352d6ef Alpha | HEAD
AMD Ryzen 7 1700 Eight-Core Processor | 16 Threads | 15.93 GiB RAM | AVX

Preferred SPU Threads = 1
Enable SPU Loop Detection Off
Vulkan over OpenGL

These settings seem to help with the audio problems and Vulkan vastly improves the framerate that can be obtained and helps a lot with shader compilation.  The framerate also tends to stay stable, however on both the PS3 and the emulator the framerate does drop when fighting enemies, maybe a little bit more on emulator.

In some areas of the game the audio does get pretty poor, especially in the forest, but after that point in the game all I noticed was constant improvement in audio performance.

I was able to beat almost everything except the final boss because I don't know how to beat that in the slightest, but it does work.

It works fine for me, I can go outside. Either corrupted game install, or messy rpcs3 I would say. Try deleting cashes or reinstall whole rpcs3.  I noticed that when you change rendering modes, shaders can get messy sometimes

I know this thread is is kinda old, but here's a way to increase the graphics.  In the config, go to GPU's setting tab and drag the resolution scale to 300% (3840 x 2160) and drag the resolution scale threshold to 24 x 24.  Big Grin
