emulator dlls

i can download the emulator and install it but when i go to run in i run into all kinds off dlls problem is there anyway to fix this issue?

Download Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 Redistributable and Microsoft DirectX End-User Runtime may help you.

You have to install the software requirements as explained on the website.
