It is playable but I wouldn't consider it for full verified status yet. Played it for quite awhile today at 4K with some skin texture issues with my character but upon trying to load my save, the game/emulator locked up. So yeah, not quite fully playable yet. I'd imagine I'd have to start a new game and play it from start to finish to avoid that issue. Tried reloading my save multiple times with no luck. I also can't seem to change "Disable Vertex Cache" as it's red.
