Does this not have a game part? Is it just readable?

Since it's NPEB (Digital Europe Licensed PS3 Game/Demo) we'll accept as it has the ProductCode of an actual game.

It's official free downloadable "encyclopedia" for MGS series. It also can load MGS4 savegame and reveal MGS4 spoiler parts. Since there's no software section here and it's not homebrew so Big Grin
