The second error should be resolved by using Load automatic and manual libraries then selecting libvdec.sprx

Status: Playable

Game locks itself to 50fps but doesn't drop at all from it. libvdec.sprx is required to play videos correctly but it is not required to go ingame anymore. Noticed a slight graphical issue where a flag's texture would flicker from being there to not there but otherwise there is no problems that I can see.
