It seems that it has the same problems as when I first loaded up LBP3. The way I got around it was to not load any libraries whatsoever, and the game would then install the files. After that it would get to the same screen with any LLEs loaded, so try that.
'mon then!

Isn't this game technically booting since its showing some graphics at the top of the screen?

It is actually booting, but you just can't see anything. Still, atm it's only loadable.

Guess we'll just leave it to a mod on whether this belongs in "Commercial Games - Loadable" or "Commercial Games - Intro"

I tried, nothing changed.

Alright, I'll obtain the game within a week and see if I can use the same magic that I used to get LBP3 to show a sign of life.

So running 6638 seems pretty stable. [STRIKE]No special configuration seems to be required[/STRIKE]

/edit
Setting this in the game's config.yml gets rid of the stuttering and makes the game significantly more playable. I reckon if one had a more recent CPU than I do - 4th Gen Intel Core that is, they would be able to run it at full speed.

Force CPU Blit: true
