Still ingame, performance is fine now but graphics have black overlay that flickers still

Same issues as above. Tried all settings under the sun to fix models/textures having small black parts that flicker.
All buffer options on advanced with wcb. All GPU options (strict mode, no AA, no res scaling, disable vertex cache, no shader interpreter)
All debug options (force cpu blit, strict texture flushing even gpu texture scaling)..
Using OpenGL instead of Vulkan, using precise zcull
Interpreters instead of recompilers.. you name it I tried it.
