You didn't use any LLE libraries, not even Arkedo 2 will run this way. Try these:
- libac3dec.prx
- libac3dec2.prx
- libadec.prx

- libdmuxpamf.prx
- libl10n.prx
- libpamf.prx

Even with the correct modules, Skyrim still does nothing.

Fails with continuous error "Thread (BSPS3TaskletManagerThread) [0x007a22cc]} 'sys_semaphore_wait' failed".
