LLE (basically Catherine config + libfiber):
Code:
libac3dec
libac3dec2
libadec
libat3dec
libatrac3plus
libatxdec
libdmux
libdmuxpamf
libfiber
libfont
libfontFT
libfreetype
libfreetypeTT
libl10n
libmvcdec
libpamf
librtc
libsail
libsjvtd
libsmvd2
libsmvd4
libspurs_jq
libsre
libsvc1d
libvdec
Was working exactly the same with much less LLE modules, but I forgot to write them down, so I would need to check them all again and... ain't nobody got time for that!

Settings:
-PPU - Interpreter (fast)
-SPU - Recompiler (ASMJIT)
-D3D12 (on OpenGL was exactly the same)
-1280x720
-Frame limit: Off
-XAudio2

Black render window with ~20fps + sounds and music, looks like it registers inputs too (for example pressing Enter stops the music, pressing it again makes sound, going deeper into the menu)

Works perfectly fine with ~20FPS most of the time.

Using rpcs3-v0.0.5-6930-a8f19fbf_win64.

Using OpenGL game will always crash after starting new game as the character select screen is about to fade in.

Game will only run successfully using Vulkan.

NOTE: in the game settings screen, if you choose "original" display mode the player 2 sprites will often become silhouettes. Choose "dynamic" and they are normal. No GPU settings could fix this.
