Some questions regarding games that do nothing

1. If we can't submit reports for games that do nothing, how are developers supposed to fix any bugs/know what's causing the game to not work properly?

There are two games I know of that were once loadable and displayed a black screen with an FPS counter:

LittleBigPlanet 2 and Ratchet and Clank: Tools of Destruction. (I tested it a while back before I made an account on the forums.)

Updates for RPCS3 have now broken both of these games. I would like to submit a log for the devs to look at, but there is really no place I could do it.

2. If the developers aren't interested in games that do nothing, how is it any different from a loadable game that quits almost immediately, such as Mini Ninjas?

I'm just a little curious, that's all.

There is huge amount of unimplemented or broken functionality, and we don't need to test some "GTA 5" if we have much simpler things to work on. And small, "working" games suit slightly better for testing.
