Reading this log, seems to crash on decoding shaders. Bunch of NV4097 TODO video calls. The weird part is when it tries to open up a website with a SSL cert. It's very odd.

It doesn't seem to crash on decoding shaders? Rather it seems that it crashed in the cellSaveDataListAutoLoad SysCall.

EDIT:
There also quite a few games that try to open up a website with a SSL cert. Can't think of any from the top of my head, but I have seen a couple.

No, it's only importing the modules required for HTTPS. It is not actually calling those yet.

And tambre is right, it's yet another error in the awful buggy mess that is the cellSaveData* module in RPCS3.

It show me:
"SKATE 3 will install game data to the HDD. If the game does not install correctly you will prompted to install again. Do not switch off the system while the HDD indicator is flashing."
http://pastebin.com/ws7fbick
After installation there are alot of errors. And screen is black with 59.99 fps.

That's a lot of progress in the log. It does throw up quite a bit of errors, for which seem to be unimplemented SPU opcodes. Also, it seems that the installation fails, because it might not be able to unpack all the files correctly - in the end there's a lot of error messages for being unable to find/open files.

New log
http://pastebin.com/0GEuJLSn
The installation is freezed when it says
"E {PPU[0x256] Thread (FileCopier::Thread)[0x0140a6c8]} Exception: Cannot create gamedata directory
(in file Emu\SysCalls\Modules\cellGame.cpp:349, in function cellGameContentPermit)"

After stopped installation and closed rpcs3 and restart the game on rpcs3
http://pastebin.com/c8JbYWKH

It's still black screen.

Could you try deleting the gamedata folder (if it exists)? Maybe also trophy and savedata folders, if those exist.
