Sometimes, the game starts with 1-10 fps, and sometimes it does and 20-60. What is this magic?Example: Scogger HD.
And this problem for my friendSadgame-The Guided Fate Paradox)

When you first start with the SPU interpreter issued 5-7 fps. Switched to the recompiler, was 8-9 fps. BUT! After. Restart the computer, and run with recompiler! 3-4 fps and up goes.

you don't need to restart the computer to witness this "wizardry". just restart rpcs3 after you apply settings, or even if you don't do anything, and you'll notice sometimes the speed will change.

i don't know either, but it also happened to me :S

No it isn't, it's probably the kernel scheduler doing weird stuff (I don't even think it cares about us right now, anyway.)

Also i have same appcrash on my home PC (in signature), but there is error module in ntdll.dll. Reinstalling system and all runtimes and drivers not helped, tried to use other revisions - same.
