i've been trackdown which build broke it:

rpcs3-v0.0.7-9298-71c4a2a1_win64 is last build that working fine.
rpcs3-v0.0.7-9299-7cc6881a_win64 broke game with "Please Wait" screen

Playable, all three games

-default configuration
-Solid 60fps even on heavy special effects such as lighting and fire
-textures rendered correctly

RPCS3 0.0.15-11868
