Error running the March 8th revision

After using one of the March 6th revisions (which worked fine), I updated to a March 8th revision (specifically, that day's final revision). At first, it wouldn't open due to the file OpenAL32.dll not being found, so I downloaded an OpenAL runtime from here: http://www.adalin.com/index.html?frame2=...nwave.html
Now I'm getting the following error:
