Game seems mostly ok on default settings, only one problem still exists:
VM: Access violation reading location
which can happen pretty much anywhere (simply walking though the map, during area transition, when fighting itd.) and always with different address.

As of last week, the game will run. Sure, there are the random crashes. However, long stretches between save points can be doable by changing disabling audio and changing the PPU and SPU decoders to fast or even precise. Basically, the longer the game runs then then the greater the chance that there will be a crash, especially, when changing locations on the world map.

I was able to, fully, complete the game in this manner using a Intel I7-10700 with a NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660. The purging mechanic was a hassle to, finally, get working. This is what I spent the most time figuring out. I ended up discovered that a PS4 controller will work. In other games with motion controls you can get away with a PS3 dualshock. However, this, particular, game won't work with the PS3 controller for motion.

Out of 50 hours of my playthrough, I only lost 3 hours to crashes. Tricks to keep the crashes from happening less frequently is to exhaust the encounter meter and then to save. From there, restart RPCS3 so that the memory gets cleaned up
