I understand that the compatibility list has marked this game as "in-game". I have seen Youtube videos of people playing the game, and they have not been experiencing the same visual artifacts as I have. My reason for posting here is to identify the difference in settings/game/hardware that could be causing this to happen versus what other people are experiencing.

Here are some examples of the visual artifacts I'm talking about:

I am using the default settings set by the emulator, I have read the quickstart guide, I am on the latest version of the emulator.
My system specs:
CPU: R9 5900HX
RAM: 16GB
GPU: Nvidia RTX 3070 (Laptop)
OS: Windows 10
I'm not looking for a miracle, but I figured since others are getting better results, someone more knowledgeable than me about the settings would look at these screenshots and say: "looks like you need to change the ___ setting".
