Ryzen 1700X RTX 4060 Very Low FPS

Hello fresh install of the latest RPCS3 everything set to default. I've tried God of War 3 and Uncharted 2. Both have framerates in the low 20's or teens. I tried some of the patches. My system power is set to high. Not sure what the issue is. I know RPCS3 is demanding but there's videos of people with lesser hardware getting triple the framerates on these games. I have a log i'm going to attach. Thanks!

That CPU is absolute garbage. You're way below the recommended requirements trying to play games that are not listed as Playable for performance reasons and thus require hardware way above recommended requirements.

And no, videos claiming the game is playable on potatos don't mean anything. Anyone can handpick light sections of a game and do a video like that.

Use the compatibility list. It's not there for decoration. Same for the recommended requirements, which are the target of Playable games. We write things for a reason.
