Program has loads of problems; Can't Load The Sims 3

I'm not the savviest computer person, but I'm having loads of problems and can't find the darn log file (I read that "the log file is located as rpcs3.exe file on windows", but I can't see in my unextracted file or desktop, and where it can be found under my programs). Booting up the game is impossible without burning the rom file, and when I do get to open it up it shows me this:

I apoligize I cant upload log file, because the report section isn't very clear where I can find it.

Nothing to see here, you're below minimum GPU requirements, you can't use RPCS3.

The requirements are the first thing in the quickstart guide which you were required to have read.
