Hello,

Whenever I try to open a game or even start the OS in RPCS3, I get this error. This wasn't happening 2 days ago when I first set it up. Everything was running smoothly with no error. Then suddenly, I started getting this error and I'm not sure why. I've done some research to see where it's coming from and I think it's due to a driver issue, since I did have this error before and I quickly solved it by changing which driver (Vulkan or OpenGL) games would run with, then both of them would work without issue. Now it's happening again for both and I don't entirely know why. I've tried reinstalling the PS3 update firmware, but nothing works. I've updated my graphics driver today to the latest version too. I don't know what to do at this point.

amdvlk64.dll crash means you have Vulkan Compatibilty Pack installed and need to uninstall it.
