No support is given for unofficial builds such as the one EmuDeck uses, which doesn't even use the same paths.
After you're using the official build, you just have to place your RPCS3 folders in .config/rpcs3 or .cache/rpcs3, depending on the folder type. cache directory is for the emulator caches, and .config is for all the emulator data that's not considered a cache. You'll see what folders go where after you open RPCS3 once and it populates the folders there.
