RPCN issue

Hello!
I've been trying to get RPCN to work for peace walker. It was working for about a week, but recently it stopped working. Whenever I try to connect to RPCN, I get these error messages:
E sys_net: get_rpcn_msgs: port 3658 not present
E sys_net: send_packet_from_p2p_port: port 3658 not present
I tried to forward port 3658 in my router's settings, however even after doing that the error messages still appear. I also checked if the port was being blocked by windows firewall, which it wasn't.
Anyone know what the issue is here? If it helps, my ISP is AT&T. I've also attached an image of what my port forward looks like, in case i did something wrong.
