Already fixed on a new build. Update manually if the autoupdater isn't working for you, and then it will work again for future updates.

     Laptop: Ryzen 9 5900HX,  Radeon RX 6700M,   2x8G DDR4 3200MHz, Manjaro Linux
Old Desktop: AMD FX-8350,     Radeon R9 280X,    2x4G DDR3 1600MHz, Manjaro Linux

It's not only the autoupdater that is not working but update in general is broken.

Should I download the latest build and install over the old one?

If it still doesn't work on your current build yes, but did you check again to make sure it still doesn't work? Because it should also be working.

Indeed I opened RPCS3 today and gave me the new update message. It works good now. Thank you very much!
