Dead Space 2 in black

Hello everyone. When I want to run DEAD SPACE 2, with default settings, There's only a black screen. When I open the settings window at the sametime and try different settings and APPLY them each time, the screen remain black. Is it normal ? On the sit , the game is PLAYABLE, but for me, it's not the same thing. Thank you for your help.  Lorenzo

The Apply feature doesn't always work, as some features can't be changed while a game is running. To make sure a setting correctly takes, you need to set the settings before you load a game.
