This game was marked as playable but after I start a new game from in-game menu, the game freeze at the first cutscene.

You're using several non-default settings that do not match the wiki page plus a lot of patches. Try the game without any changes besides the default settings + wiki page setting and no patches enabled.

Also, Silence All Logs is enabled, so it's not logging anything past the boot.
