Lemme start off by saying that I have a legal copy of the game, the XL edition specifically, bought in 2014 and dumped onto my computer. That was something that the mods on the RPCS3 discord brought up immediately, so I thought I'd get that out of the way.

I have two computers, a PC and a laptop. My PC has no issues running the game. If this helps at all, it's running a Ryzen 9 5900x, RX7900XT, 32GB of DDR4 ram and Windows 10.
The other one, my laptop, being the more problematic one, is an Asus ROG Strix G16, running a Core i9-13980HX, RTX 4070 Mobile, 16GB of DDR5 ram and Windows 11.

The main issue with the performance of the game on my laptop is specifically when anything high-quality is being rendered, and just generally stuff taking longer to render, fps dropping down from 60 in the UI to 30-10. None of my specs are being fully utilized, and I believe I should be able to run this game perfectly fine with this higher-end laptop, but instead its choppy and slow. I've tried several different configs, this is the one I'm currently using. I'm worried that no matter what, this laptop can't run this game well, for whatever reason. I'm hoping I can possibly fix it with a better configuration.

Missing log file, I removed the huge wall of text from the config.yml since that's contained in the log file, no need to stretch the post with it
