About often encountering black screen in games

Operating system:
Microsoft Windows 10,  Version: 10.0.18363

Settings:
Both default settings and custom settings(The attachment is attached in'config_BLAS50618.yml') are used and tested

What works:
The game can run normally except for some problems during the settlement loading screen.(The attachment is attached,in'OK.gif')

What doesn't work:
If the settlement is loaded, there will be a chance of a black screen problem(Probably 9 out of 10 times there will be a problem), and no action can be taken on the black screen.
