Async with Shader Interpreter Mac M2

I know that Async with Shader Interpreter currently doesn't work on Macs, my question is is there any way around the graphical glitches due to not being able to use Asnyc with S.I.

Second question, In future updates are they planning to fix this feature for Macs?
