RPCS3 Keeps freezing when booting any game

Hi everyone

I've re-installed RPCS3 after a long time, i'm using RPCS3 v0.0.29-15628-8e4945ab 

So as the title pretty much explains, every time i try to boot up a game the window just freezes and that's it. Can't play anything.

I'm not an expert but i'm sure it's probably something stupid any ideas? got no log since i get no error just freezing.

OS: WINDOWS 11 10.0.22621 build 22621

CPU: 12th Gen Intel® Core™ i7-12700K

GPU:NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4080  driver 537.42.0.0

RAM: 32 gB

PS3 Firmware: 4.89 (also tried 4.90 nothing changed)
