God of War Collection Unhandled Win32 exception 0xC0000005

Well, I've been testing my God of War® Collection [BCES00791] and found some issues while doing Challenge of the Gods in God of War 1, when I reach challenge 7 and spend some time there, the game suddenly freezes with red or blue threads around the screen, I get this crash message. This error also occurs during normal gameplay sometimes, I still don't know the reason.
