Ratchet and Clank Into the Nexus freezes at same spot everytime

when i go into the cutscene to fight the boss at the end of Planet Silox the game crashes a few seconds into it every time. i have had only 2 crashes up to this point with little to no lag or graphical issues (except the disk weapon) so i am not sure what is causing my consistent crashing at the same spot every time.

any help would be appreciated how to fix it

Not following support instructions, missing log file.
