I'm running the latest version of RPCS3 on Windows 11. Here are my PC specs:

I ripped my own retail USA copy of Zone of the Enders HD directly to my PC, and I downloaded anf installed the 2.00 title update. RPCS3 freezes in seemingly random places as I play, always pretty shortly after I launch it; there doesn't seem to be any pattern as far as when the freezing occurs. When it freezes, I can still hear music and sound, but the picture doesn't move, including any messages the emulator is showing me in the bottom-left corner of the screen.
I've left almost all of RPCS3's settings as default, except for upscale resolution (set to 3840x2160) and framerate (set to 60fps). I disabled V-sync, since I have V-sync enabled system-wide in the Nvidia Control Panel for G-sync purposes. Any suggestions would be very much appreciated.
