all my rpcs3 games run on low performance

i noticed that for everyone RPCS3, the games run fluid, but my games there run all slow, stopped, lagged, making the gameplay for me dull and painful, not just one game, but ALL of them, making games like dark sector a stress to play, is it because my PC doesn't hit the correct full requirements for RPCS3? is there a way to fix that? please don't get angry or think this is a spam, i really need help, if my PC doesn't have the full requirements, please just let me now, i did all i could myself to fix that, watched tutorials, updated drivers, and tried to make vulkan appear on GPU (my games run on OpenGL, the vulkan option never appears there) if i am supposed to do that or add vulkan in a way to my computer to fix that problem, please don't delete this post and let me know, and i think it helps, those are my PC specs by the way:
