RPCS3 not opening

As the title states, everytime i open RCPS3 it just doesn't do anything, i've tried settings compatibility mode for windows 8 and windows 7 but it didn't help, i've tried running it as administrator, and it didn't work, i did read the quickstart guide and prepared everything it said, even the PS3UPDAT.PUP file is in the same folder as RPCS3, but it still won't open.

Processor - AMD Ryzen 5 5600H with Radeon Graphics 3.30 GHz
RAM - 16.0 GB (13.9 GB usable)
System type - 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor
GPU - NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 Laptop GPU

Run vkdiag and fix the issues it tells you to fix
If it still doesn't work, post the output from vkdiag
