Same issue happens when upscaling to 1080p or 4k with each of these resolution scale thresholds: 1x1, 16x16, 512x512

Everything else works perfectly fine and the game runs great upscaled, but at random points sometimes the edges of the screen (mainly the top and left side) will just start pulsing and it gets worse when the camera moves. Happens in gameplay and during cutscenes (generally looks worse than what the screenshots show, sometimes it goes pure white)

Also maybe worth noting but the bottom-screen letterbox effect doesn't actually reach the left edge of the screen, it has a 1 pixel gap that you can see the game rendered through. Not sure if this is related to the white borders but it may be as they tend to look the worst on the left side.

Specs are

GTX 1070
1.80 ghz CPU that someone in the discord called an "Erying frankenstein" (reads genuine intel 0000)
16gb RAM
nvidia geforce driver ver. 536.67
Windows 10

linked the log file too

Any help would be mucho appreciated, running at default resolution
