First off, thanks for RPCS3 and all the work you're doing, I'm not only impressed with the functionality but with the frequent updates; its exciting to see improvements (and the occasional regression) in real time.

I don't have a problem, just an inquiry about keeping different types of installs in sync.  I have a working setup with the appimage and froze my updates after an update that fixed a bunch of my previously temporarily broken backups that broke with a previous update (now 0.0.28-15338-0d57744e Alpha).  I'd like to try out the flatpak release as it gets updated (slightly easier to add/update in Steam).  Is there an easy way to sync the two, I assume copying some files from  ~/.cache/rpcs3 and/or ~/.config/rpcs3 to ~/.var/app/net.rpcs3.RPCS3/?  Are there configurations/caches that should be cleaned out with each migration back and forth?  Or could a configuration file(s) be linked between the two install types to keep them in sync?

We don't maintain the Flatpak, we only offer support with the official builds which are the AppImage and the rpcs3-git AUR.
