Getting black screened off a fresh extract

I have been trying to get this running for a while.  I followed the instructions.  Got the 4.9 firmweare off the PS website.  It installed correctly.  I got my game (GT 5 XL edition) and it shows up properly in the list but after everything complies it just sits on a black screen.  I tried with the recommended settings, i have tried default settings but nothing happens. I was told in the discord that "the vsh is broken and its useless" but nothing beyond that.

RAM: 32GB @3200Mhz
OS: win10 22h2

If you have Rivatuner or other overlay software, disable it
