RPCS3 version:0.028-15225
OS-Windows 10.

what i did: started the game.

what happened: the intro kicked in. visually it was relatively ok 
the sound however was crackling

i am adding a video cupture of the game. to demonstrate the issue:

Disable SPU loop detection and try the different Thread Scheduler settings in the CPU tab
