RPCS3 Not starting

Hey, having an issue when RPCS3 won't start. It pops up for a split second in task manager but disappears very fast. Any ideas what the cause might be? Attached is my log and results from VKdiag.

I seem to have fixed the issue, changing my locale let it start up no problem.
