Shadow of the Colossus (BCUS98259) 0xC0000005 exception (Not with msvcrt.dll module)

I had 2 random crashes with the game in the subject line (only one screenshot as the info is identical between both screenshots).  Happened in the middle of the fight with the 12th colossus, and in the cutscene after the fight with the 13th colossus.

This is odd because I was able to get through the rest of the game without issue.
