RPCS3 freezes when booting DISC games

Hello everyone, I need help.

RPCS3 on my system doesn't launch disc games, only PSN games.
When I try to launch disc game RPCS3 for a long time, emulator doesn't even compiles disc games PPU, but successfully compiles PPU of PSN games.
Disc games extracted as game folders in \dev_hdd0\disc\
Firmware installed, Visual Studio 2019 C++ installed, did fresh installation of emulator.


PC specs:
Windows 10 Pro
i7-12700kf
RTX 3070
32gb RAM

Should be fixed with the latest build, retry
