BLUS30463 Crashing

I boot up Rock Band 3 [ BLUS-30463 ] and as soon as it gets to the main menu the whole app just crashes, I know it's not my settings because I have Rock Band 1 and 2 and they run fine not even any lag issues during gameplay, Rock Band 3 did used to work in the past so I assume something got broken during one of the newer patches for RPSC3??

I uninstalled RPCS3 completely even from the .tmp files and blah blah then reinstalled and it's still the same result, I can run many games such as God of War to NHL but for some reason only Rock Band 3 crashes
