Grand Theft Auto V: Latest patches not downloading

Hello, I have an issue when I try to download the latest patches for Grand Theft Auto V, I open up the custom patches menu, click "Download latest patches" and I get this error message:

   

I don't understand what this error means so can anyone help me?

Try again with latest RPCS3 build, I have no issues locally
