RPCS3 crashing when playing Tales of Xillia

TOX randomly freeze and if try to close it the emulator crash leaving me this message; "Stopping emulator took to long, some thread has probably deadlocked. Aborting. Thread id = 4752" I'm runing it with the 60fps patch but even if I leave the settings in default happens the same.
13900k / 1080TI / DDR5 32GB / W11 with all the new drivers updated and latest RPCS3 build.
