Textures messed up in The Amazing Spiderman (MacOS)

So I've been trying to play The Amazing Spiderman on Mac(M1 Pro) and the controls didn't work. After some tweaking and I got the controls working and loaded into the game the textures are all messed up. Everything is a beige or grey colour.
I just updated the application and tried again and it's still the same.

M1 Pro
16Gb RAM
