RPCS3 stopped starting, an error pops up at startup - "Error when starting the application (0xc0000013) To exit the application, press the button "OK""
Previously, RPCS3 worked correctly. But I haven't been able to run RPCS3 for several months now. Tried uninstalling RPCS3 and reinstalling again. Reinstalled Microsoft Visual C++ 2019 from the site. Nothing helps.
What can cause error 0xc0000013 to pop up and how to fix it?
