It is only suitable for lighter playable titles, the 5600U is not great
If you want an 'optimal' RPCS3 experience then you will want a strong desktop CPU, might be worth waiting for Intel's 13th gen Raptor Lake chips and building a desktop PC

6 cores is fine, but this is a U series laptop chip which has a low TDP
